Everything DiSC Sessions

These sessions are based on, or incorporate, the Everything DiSC® model, which helps participants better understand their own behavioural styles and those with whom they work. By delivering personalized insights built around this easy-to-understand model, DiSC helps participants at all levels build key social and emotional skills, thereby improving workplace satisfaction, results, and relationships.

A proven, research-validated model for enhancing human understanding, DiSC is an acronym for the four primary dimensions of behaviour:

Dominance – direct, results-oriented, strong-willed
Influence – outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic, lively
Steadiness – even-tempered, accommodating, patient
Conscientiousness – analytical, precise, systematic
